Compass Energy Services is a company dedicated to providing the oil & gas industry with value added service while focusing on honesty, integrity, and most importantly safety. The owner of Compass Energy Services comes from a lineage of industry professionals dating back to the oil fields of Kilgore, Texas when exploration was only done by drilling a hole hoping to get a gusher, growing up tightening stuffing boxes for his dad to working in the “gang” for an oil field in south Arkansas. His time spent in the oil & gas patch over the years to currently working as a sale professional for an oil & gas service and supply company has lead him to see the need for companies striving to up hold integrity, honesty, and lessening the environmental footprint. Focus on these values will in return provide our customers with confidence in knowing we are here to assist them in growing their business in the most safe and efficient means possible.

Compass deploys seasoned and dependable personnel to each job site to ensure the least downtime and best results. Key staff members have been and will continue to be hand-picked from within the industry to allow seamless training for new younger members and continued focus on safety. By result of Compass’ dedication to the safety and well-being of all staff members, we employ OSHA guided safety training each week and on each site prior to the start of each requested service.

Due to the ever increasing focus on protecting the environment, Compass Energy Services is dedicated to lessening the footprint we and our customers leave once the day is over. This will start from our office staff within their daily duties on to our field staff working on location keeping constant awareness of safeguarding the environment around them.
